Description: AdipoUpX™ Human IFT74 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer retroviral system designed for the stable expression of intraflagellar transport 74. This protein is required for the assembly of primary cilia, which act as metabolic sensors in the hypothalamus and adipose tissue. The MSCV system ensures high-level integration and long-term expression across hematopoietic stem cells, stem cells, and diverse mammalian cell lines.
