Description: AdipoUpX™ Human ADIPOR2 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) provides a high-efficiency MSCV retroviral tool for the stable expression of adiponectin receptor 2. unlike ADIPOR1, this receptor is predominantly involved in hepatic insulin sensitivity and the regulation of oxidative stress. The vector is optimized for stable integration in stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and other mammalian cell lines.
