Description: AdipoUpX™ Human ARL13B MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is engineered for stable overexpression of the human ARL13B gene, a ciliary GTPase involved in cellular signaling and energy balance. Ciliary dysfunction is increasingly linked to obesity and metabolic disorders. This MSCV vector supports robust expression in stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and other mammalian cell lines. Full QC testing, including titer determination and sterility and mycoplasma assays, is performed.
