Description: AdipoUpX™ Human LIPE Ad5 Adenoviral Particle (Overexpression) is a ready-to-use Ad5 adenovirus vector particle designed for the efficient transient overexpression of the human LIPE (Hormone-Sensitive Lipase) gene. This product facilitates investigation into the mobilization of stored fats. It enables rapid cellular validation of how LIPE activity affects the release of free fatty acids from lipid droplets in response to hormonal cues.

To maintain titer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, it is recommended to aliquot the vector immediately upon receipt into low-protein-binding tubes and store according to specified conditions.
