Product Overview
Description:
AdipoUpX™ Human CRP MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is a stable integration tool for the specific and efficient overexpression of the human CRP gene. C-reactive protein is a classic systemic marker of inflammation that can exacerbate metabolic dysfunction. By utilizing an MSCV vector optimized for hematopoietic stem cells, stem cells, etc., researchers can establish permanent cell models to study the impact of low-grade inflammation on lipid metabolism. Product quality is ensured by rigorous purification, titer validation, and comprehensive QC screening.
Production Cell Line:
HEK293T
Promoter:
Ubi; CMV; EF1a; Others
Product Availability:

Specification
Titer Test:
qPCR
Insert Verification:
Final QC confirmed the correct molecular size and integrity of the insert through specific PCR amplification.
Sterility Test:
No microbial contamination was detected in any product.
Mycoplasma Test:
No mycoplasma presence was detected in this final viral preparation upon comprehensive testing.
Other QC:
Our service scope includes both customized supplementary testing and comprehensive in vitro/in vivo transduction assessments.
Storage:
The necessity of immediate transfer to -80 °C storage following receipt is crucial for upholding the product's integrity.
Stability:
Biological activity remains intact for 6-12 months when stored at -80°C. Once removed from the freezer, the diluted working material is stable for up to 2-3 weeks at 4°C.
Shipping Condition:
Our MSCV retroviral products are shipped using dry ice.
Handling Notes:
Store the vector according to specified conditions and aliquot it immediately upon receipt into low-protein-binding tubes, which is necessary to maintain titer because viral particles are highly sensitive to both temperature fluctuations and freeze-thaw cycles.
Intended Use:
This product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnosis or therapeutic applications.
Product Disclaimer:
Throughout all operational processes, users bear ultimate responsibility for product storage, handling, and compliance with all safety protocols, laws, regulations, and biosafety requirements. Although our company commits to product quality via rigorous internal QC inspections, the complexity of experimental conditions means we cannot guarantee product performance or experimental results in any specific application.

Summary:
CRP encodes a member of the pentraxin family, which also includes serum amyloid P component and pentraxin 3. Pentraxins function in complement activation and regulation by interacting with complement pattern recognition molecules and complement regulators. The CRP protein contains a calcium-dependent ligand-binding domain with a flattened beta-jellyroll structure and exists as a pentamer in circulation or as a monomer in tissues. CRP participates in host defense by recognizing pathogens and damaged cells and promoting their clearance. Plasma CRP levels rise dramatically during acute phase responses to infection, tissue injury, or inflammation, and elevated CRP is associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection.
