Description: AdipoUpX™ Human SORBS1 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) provides stable overexpression of the human SORBS1 gene, which encodes an adaptor protein involved in insulin signaling and glucose uptake. SORBS1 has been associated with insulin resistance and obesity-related metabolic traits. The MSCV system ensures durable gene expression in stem cells and other mammalian cell lines.
