Description: AdipoUpX™ Human SLC16A1 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-efficiency retroviral vector engineered for stable overexpression of the human SLC16A1 gene. SLC16A1 encodes the monocarboxylate transporter MCT1, which mediates lactate and pyruvate transport and plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism linked to obesity. This MSCV-based system supports stable gene integration in hematopoietic stem cells, stem cells, and other mammalian cell lines, enabling long-term metabolic studies. The product supports optional reporter gene selection and is subjected to comprehensive quality control, including titer determination, sterility testing, and mycoplasma detection.
