Product Overview

Description: WYE-687 acts as a selective and ATP-competitive mTOR inhibitor (IC50: 7 nM) that blocks mTORC1/pS6K and mTORC2/P-AKT without affecting P-AKT (T308); it shows high selectivity for mTOR over PI3K alpha (>100-fold) and PI3K gamma (>500-fold).
Synonym: 1062161-90-3; Methyl (4-(4-morpholino-1-(1-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)piperidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl)phenyl)carbamate; Methyl N-[4-[4-morpholin-4-yl-1-[1-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)piperidin-4-yl]pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl]phenyl]carbamate; Pyrazolo pyrimidine, 9; Methyl N-{4-[4-(morpholin-4-yl)-1-[1-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)piperidin-4-yl]pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl]phenyl}carbamate; Methyl {4-[4-(morpholin-4-yl)-1-{1-[(pyridin-3-yl)methyl]piperidin-4-yl}-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl]phenyl}carbamate
