Description: BSA-Palmitoleate complex (5 mM)is a soluble lipid formulation consisting of palmitoleic acid non-covalently bound to fatty acid-free BSA, engineered for the efficient delivery of palmitoleate to cultured cells during metabolic studies of fatty acid oxidation. Palmitoleic acid actively blocks palmitic acid-induced canonical and non-canonical pyroptosis, as well as associated ER stress and apoptotic cascades.
