Description:
Kurarinone is a lavandulylated flavanone isolated from Sophora flavescens that displays a diverse spectrum of anti-inflammatory and secondary biological activities, acting as a potent dual inhibitor of COX-1 and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) with verified IC50 values ranging from 0.6 to 1 µM and 22 µM, respectively, while simultaneously suppressing LPS-stimulated nitric oxide (NO) generation in RAW 264.7 macrophages with an IC50 value of 26.6 µM.
