Product Overview
Description:
Deoxaphomin is a polyketide synthase-derived cytochalasin metabolite isolated from Phoma semeniperda that exhibits a multifaceted spectrum of biological and cytostatic activities, including the capacity to block anti-mouse IgG-induced surface receptor capping in isolated mouse splenic lymphocytes by 70% at a working concentration of 20 µM and suppress actin filament longitudinal elongation in C3H fibroblasts by 66% when administered at 2 µM.
