Product Overview

Description: Cytochalasin H is a potent fungal macrocyclic lactone that restricts cytoskeleton assembly by blocking the incorporation of actin monomers into growing filaments. This highly active cell-permeable molecule accelerates filament shortening dynamics, downregulates the production of reactive oxygen species in stimulated neutrophils, disrupts CD59 receptor endocytosis, and displays prominent anti-angiogenic properties.
