AdipoUpX™ Human NR4A1 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer retroviral vector engineered for stable overexpression of the human NR4A1 gene. Summary:
NR4A1 encodes an immediate-early nuclear receptor that functions as a transcription factor responsive to cellular stress and mitogenic stimuli. It regulates gene expression programs involved in proliferation, apoptosis, and metabolic adaptation.
