Description:
(S)-Coriolic acid is a metabolite of 15-lipoxygenase and an endogenous PPAR-gamma ligand involved in cell differentiation; it can inhibit tumor cell adhesion to the vascular endothelium and down-regulate the IRGpIIb/IIIa receptor.
