AdipoUpX™ Human THRSP MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is a retroviral tool engineered for stable overexpression of the human THRSP gene. THRSP is a key lipogenic transcriptional regulator strongly associated with fatty acid synthesis in metabolic tissues. The MSCV system enables stable integration in hematopoietic stem cells, stem cells, and other mammalian models. Each batch is validated for titer, sterility, and mycoplasma absence.
