AdipoUpX™ Human SIRT6 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is designed for stable delivery of the human SIRT6 gene, a NAD⁺-dependent deacetylase regulating glucose metabolism, lipid homeostasis, and energy expenditure. SIRT6 has been shown to protect against obesity-related metabolic dysfunction. The MSCV platform supports sustained expression in stem cells and additional mammalian cell lines. Viral titer, sterility, and mycoplasma testing are performed to guarantee consistency and safety.

Summary:
SIRT6 encodes a nuclear NAD⁺-dependent enzyme that regulates chromatin structure and transcriptional programs linked to metabolism and stress responses.
