Description: AdipoUpX™ Human SIRT6 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) is designed for stable delivery of the human SIRT6 gene, a NAD⁺-dependent deacetylase regulating glucose metabolism, lipid homeostasis, and energy expenditure. SIRT6 has been shown to protect against obesity-related metabolic dysfunction. The MSCV platform supports sustained expression in stem cells and additional mammalian cell lines. Viral titer, sterility, and mycoplasma testing are performed to guarantee consistency and safety.
