Description: AdipoUpX™ Human ACSL4 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human ACSL4 gene. This enzyme is vital for fatty acid partitioning and has been linked to ferroptosis and lipid metabolism in metabolic syndromes. The MMLV system’s ability to integrate into the host genome makes it a perfect tool for investigating lipid flux in stable cell models. Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
