AdipoUpX™ Human FBN1 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a ready-to-use retroviral vector particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human FBN1 gene. Fibrillin-1 is the precursor to the glucogenic hormone asprosin, making it a critical focus for studying hunger and glucose regulation. Facilitating stable expression in dividing cells, it allows for in-depth research into hormone secretion and extracellular matrix integrity. All viral particles undergo comprehensive quality control, including titer and mycoplasma testing, ensuring experimental reliability.

Handling Notes:
