Description: AdipoUpX™ Human XBP1 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a powerful gene delivery tool designed for the stable overexpression of the human XBP1 gene. It is a critical transcription factor in the unfolded protein response (UPR) and is strongly linked to endoplasmic reticulum stress in insulin-resistant models. Due to its stable integration into dividing cell genomes, this MMLV particle facilitates the establishment of permanent cell models for stress signaling research. Clients can freely customize markers, while comprehensive quality control ensures product safety.

Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
