Description: AdipoUpX™ Human TNMD MSCV Particle (Overexpression) enables stable overexpression of the human TNMD gene, which is expressed in adipose tissue and involved in extracellular matrix remodeling. TNMD has been associated with fat distribution and obesity-related tissue remodeling. The MSCV retroviral vector ensures long-term expression in stem cells and other mammalian models. Each preparation is validated for titer, sterility, and mycoplasma absence.
