AdipoUpX™ Human SPA17 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle engineered for stable overexpression of the human SPA17 gene. SPA17 has been linked to cell adhesion and signaling processes, with emerging exploratory relevance in metabolic tissue biology. Stable integration supports the development of long-term expression models for functional characterization. All batches are QC-tested for titer, sterility, and mycoplasma status.

Our MMLV retroviral products are shipped using dry ice.
Handling Notes:
Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
