AdipoUpX™ Human PRKACA MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer, ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human PRKACA gene. This catalytic subunit of PKA is a central node in lipolysis and hormonal signaling in adipocytes. Stable genomic integration into dividing cells allows for the longitudinal study of cAMP-mediated metabolic switches. Every batch passes comprehensive quality control, and our modular design supports flexible customization of reporter genes for precise tracking.
