Description:
AdipoUpX™ Human ENPP2 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human ENPP2 (Autotaxin) gene. It is a secreted lysophospholipase D linked to adipocyte differentiation and inflammatory obesity. The MMLV system’s stable integration into dividing cells makes it a perfect tool for investigating the role of lysophosphatidic acid in stable cell models. The viral system offers high flexibility for customization, and every lot is verified through comprehensive quality control.
