Description: AdipoUpX™ Human KCNJ5 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human KCNJ5 gene. This potassium channel is critical for researching the electrical excitability of endocrine cells and their link to aldosterone-related hypertension in obesity. The viral system offers high flexibility for the customization of functional markers.
