Add to basket
Product Overview
Description:
Mouse aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of AHR in mouse with a range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a specificity of 0.11 ng/mL.
Assay Principle:
The kit is based on an AHR antibody-AHR antigen interaction (immunosorbent) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect AHR antigen targets in samples.
Background:
AHR is ubiquitously expressed, has a diverse range of ligands, and is involved in xenobiotic metabolism, cell cycle regulation, and development in response to both endogenous and environmental signals.
Synonyms:
BHLHE76; Class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 76
Applications:
Mouse aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) ELISA kit is used to quantify AHR in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluid samples of mouse, providing data to support a wide range of studies.
Research Area:
Metabolism; Obesity research
