Product Overview

Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human PDK4 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets PDK4, an enzyme that inhibits glucose oxidation and promotes metabolic switching. By utilizing high-potency U6-driven shRNA or physiologically refined miR30 architectures, researchers can study metabolic flexibility in muscle and heart tissues. This product supports a wide range of AAV serotypes for diverse in vivo applications. Every batch undergoes total quality control screening for functional titer, sequence integrity, and mycoplasma testing.

Summary: PDK4 is a mitochondrial kinase that serves as a metabolic gatekeeper.
