AdipoUpX™ Human STAT3 AAV Particle (Overexpression) is a ready-to-use viral particle product that achieves stable and efficient expression of the human STAT3 gene. As a major transducer for leptin signaling, it is an ideal tool for studying appetite regulation and the prevention of leptin resistance in the hypothalamus. All viral products undergo rigorous internal quality control to ensure reliability. Summary:
STAT3 encodes a signal transducer and transcriptional activator that responds to cytokines and growth factors through phosphorylation-dependent activation. Once activated, STAT3 dimerizes and translocates to the nucleus to regulate genes involved in cell growth, apoptosis, and immune responses. In the central nervous system and peripheral tissues, STAT3 signaling is also involved in appetite control, energy expenditure, and metabolic regulation. Mutations in STAT3 cause immune dysregulation syndromes and can affect metabolic homeostasis.
