Description: Horse adiponectin (ADP) ELISA kit (0.625-20 μg/mL) is a ready-to-use ELISA kit for analyzing horse ADP levels with a detection range of 0.625-20 μg/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 μg/mL.

Assay Principle: The kit is based on ADP antibody-ADP antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and the HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ADP antigen targets in samples.

Background: ADP is an important adipokine involved in the regulation of fat metabolism and insulin sensitivity, exhibiting antidiabetic, anti-atherosclerotic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
