Description: Guinea pig aldo-keto reductase family 1 member C3 (AKR1C3) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of AKR1C3 in guinea pig with a range of 250-5000 pg/mL and a specificity of 1.0 pg/mL.

Assay Principle: The kit is based on AKR1C3 antibody-AKR1C3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect AKR1C3 antigen targets in samples.
