AdipoUpX™ Human MGLL MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human MGLL (Monoacylglycerol Lipase) gene. This enzyme is the final catalyst in triglyceride breakdown, making it essential for studying the mobilization of fatty acids and endocannabinoid signaling. The viral system features a modular design for high flexibility, and all batches undergo comprehensive quality control screening (titer, sterility, and mycoplasma) to ensure the establishment of high-quality stable models.
