Product Overview
Description:
AdipoUpX™ Human ENPP1 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer, ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human ENPP1 gene. As a key inhibitor of insulin receptor signaling, its stable integration into dividing host cells is essential for studying the molecular mechanisms of insulin resistance. Our system supports the flexible selection of report genes and promoters. To ensure experimental safety and reliability, every batch passes comprehensive quality control, including titer, sterility, and mycoplasma detection.
Production Cell Line:
HEK293T
Promoter:
Ubi; CMV; EF1a; Others
Product Availability:
Produced Upon Order
Specification
Titer Test:
qPCR
Insert Verification:
Complete verification of the vector genome's integrity was achieved for every viral preparation using the PCR method.
Sterility Test:
The final viral preparation was confirmed sterile after testing.
Mycoplasma Test:
Mycoplasma contamination testing met all release specifications for all product lots.
Other QC:
We also provide additional testing services tailored to specific project requirements. Additionally, we conduct customized assessments to analyze the expression levels and biological functions of genetically modified organisms.
Storage:
The product must be immediately transferred to -80 °C storage upon its arrival.
Stability:
For long-term storage, the product guarantees excellent stability for 6-12 months at -80°C. After thawing, refrigeration at 4°C allows use of the working solution for 2-3 weeks.
Shipping Condition:
Our MMLV retroviral products are shipped using dry ice.
Handling Notes:
Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
Intended Use:
This product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnosis or therapeutic applications.
Product Disclaimer:
All products have undergone rigorous internal QC inspections as part of our company's commitment to product quality. However, due to the diversity and complexity of experimental conditions, users bear ultimate responsibility for product storage, handling, and compliance with all safety and biosafety protocols, and we offer no guarantee of product performance or experimental results in any specific application.

Summary:
ENPP1 belongs to the ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase gene family and encodes a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that forms a homodimer through disulfide bonding. The enzyme exhibits wide substrate versatility, catalyzing the breakdown of both phosphodiester and pyrophosphate bonds found in nucleotides and nucleotide sugars. Through these activities, ENPP1 participates in the conversion of nucleoside triphosphates into monophosphates and the metabolism of diadenosine polyphosphates. Pathogenic variants in ENPP1 have been linked to abnormal tissue calcification disorders as well as metabolic phenotypes, including impaired insulin sensitivity.
