AdipoUpX™ Human SERPINA12 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human SERPINA12 (Vaspin) gene. This adipokine has insulin-sensitizing and anti-inflammatory roles in obese models. The MMLV system’s stable integration into dividing host cells makes it a perfect tool for investigating the protective mechanisms of serpins. The viral system offers high flexibility for customization of report genes through comprehensive quality control screening.
