Description: AdipoUpX™ Human DGAT2 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human DGAT2 gene. It is a key enzyme in the synthesis of triglycerides and the development of hepatic steatosis. The MMLV system’s stable integration into dividing cells makes it ideal for investigating the pathways of lipid droplet biogenesis in stable metabolic models.
