Description: Rat ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase-1 (ENPP1) ELISA kit (31.25-2000 pg/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of ENPP1 in rat with a range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL and a specificity of 18.75 pg/mL.

Assay Principle: Anti-rat ENPP1 antibody is pre-coated onto a 96-well plate. Biotin-conjugated anti-rat ENPP1 antibody is used as the detection antibody. Standards, test samples, and biotin-conjugated detection antibody are subsequently added to the wells and washed with buffer. HRP-streptavidin is added, and the unbound conjugate is washed away with washing solution. TMB substrate is used to observe the HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB produces a blue product catalyzed by HRP, which turns yellow upon the addition of an acidic termination solution. The density of yellow color is proportional to the amount of rat ENPP1 sample captured in the plate. The concentration of rat ENPP1 is calculated by reading the absorbance at 450 nm with a microplate reader.
