Description: Rabbit interleukin 6 (IL-6) ELISA kit (15.63-1000 pg/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of IL-6 in rabbit samples with a range of 15.63-1000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 9.38 pg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: The micro ELISA plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to rabbit IL-6. Standards or samples are introduced into the wells to combine with the immobilized capture antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific for rabbit IL-6 and an avidin-HRP conjugate are then added successively and incubated. After washing away free components, a substrate solution is added. Wells containing rabbit IL-6 will turn blue and eventually shift to yellow upon the addition of the stop solution. The O.D. value, measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm, is directly proportional to the rabbit IL-6 concentration.
