Description: Porcine glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2) ELISA kit (0.156-10 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of GLP-2 in porcine samples with a range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.05 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This kit employs a double-sandwich ELISA technique. The microplate is pre-coated with a porcine GLP-2 monoclonal antibody, and the detection antibody is a biotin-labeled polyclonal antibody. Samples and detection antibodies are incubated in the plate and washed with PBS or TBS. Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added, followed by a TMB substrate reaction. The blue color produced by HRP catalysis turns yellow upon adding acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the concentration of porcine GLP-2.
