Mouse retinoic acid receptor responder protein 2 (RARRES2) ELISA kit-Quantitative sandwich is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of RARRES2 in mouse samples with a range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.411 ng/mL. Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on RARRES2 antibody-RARRES2 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect RARRES2 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
Retinoic acid receptor responder 2 (RARRES2, also known as chemerin) is a secreted protein with a signal peptide that localizes to the extracellular matrix region. It functions in protein and receptor binding, and is involved in processes such as chemotaxis, cell differentiation, fat cell differentiation, brown adipocyte development, lipid metabolism, and inflammatory responses.
