Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human NFKB1 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) focuses on the targeted inhibition of the NF-kappaB p50 subunit, a central mediator of inflammation-induced insulin resistance. Utilizing both high-potency U6 systems and physiologically refined miR30-based shRNA, this tool allows for the exploration of chronic inflammation in obesity. To facilitate precise tissue targeting, we offer a diverse selection of AAV serotypes. Every preparation undergoes total QC verification—including functional titer and sterility—ensuring results are scientifically robust.

Summary: NFKB1 encodes a precursor protein that undergoes proteasomal processing to generate a mature transcription factor subunit of the NF-κB complex. While the full-length protein acts as a transcriptional inhibitor, the processed form functions as a DNA-binding regulator of genes involved in inflammation, immunity, cell survival, and stress responses.
