LipoKnoxa™ Human EIF2AK3 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets PERK kinase, a key sensor of ER stress linked to beta-cell failure in obesity. Silencing this gene using our U6 or miR30 systems assists in uncovering the link between protein translation and metabolic dysfunction. Multiple AAV serotypes are available for selection. Every preparation undergoes total QC verification—covering functional activity and sequence identity—ensuring results are scientifically robust.
