Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human ACACB shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets ACACB, which regulates fatty acid oxidation in the mitochondria of muscle and heart. By utilizing high-potency U6-driven shRNA or physiologically optimized miR30 architectures, researchers can study strategies for enhancing fat burning. This product supports a wide range of AAV serotypes for diverse in vivo applications. Every batch is validated through stringent QC processes, including functional titering and sequence verification.
