Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human ADRB3 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets the beta-3 adrenergic receptor, which is fundamental to catecholamine-induced lipolysis and thermogenesis. This AAV-mediated tool is developed using both U6 and miR30-based shRNA systems, providing researchers with flexible options for silencing depth. To ensure effective delivery to adipose depots, we offer a diverse selection of AAV serotypes. Every viral preparation is backed by comprehensive QC documentation, confirming functional titer, sequence integrity, and sterility for optimal experimental reliability.
