Product Overview

Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human HNF4A shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets HNF4A, a key transcription factor for hepatic lipid metabolism and pancreatic beta-cell function. By utilizing both U6 and miR30-based shRNA systems, researchers can investigate their role in maturity-onset diabetes of the young (MODY). A broad spectrum of AAV serotypes is provided to ensure optimal hepatic or pancreatic tropism, and every viral preparation is verified via total QC validation.

Summary: HNF4A encodes a nuclear transcription factor that is essential for the development and functional regulation of the liver, kidneys, and intestines.
