Description: Human leptin (LEP) ELISA kit (31.3-2000 pg/mL, <15 pg/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of LEP in human samples with a range of 31.3-2000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of <15 pg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This assay utilizes an antibody specific for human LEP coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells where the immobilized antibody binds the LEP. After washing, a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin are added successively. Following a final wash, a TMB substrate solution is introduced, and color develops in proportion to the amount of LEP bound. The reaction is halted with a stop solution and measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm.
