Description:
Human insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of IGF2BP2 in human samples with a range of 125-8000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 31.25 pg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The microtiter plate provided in this kit is pre-immobilized with an antibody specific to IGF2BP2. Standards or samples are added to the wells along with a biotin-conjugated antibody and avidin-HRP. Following incubation, a TMB substrate solution is introduced. Color development occurs only in wells containing the IGF2BP2 sandwich complex. The enzymatic reaction is terminated with a sulphuric acid solution, and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of IGF2BP2 in the samples is determined by comparing the O.D. values to the established standard curve.
