Product Overview
Description:
Human hepatocyte nuclear factor 3-beta (FOXA2) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of FOXA2 in human samples with a range of 0.625ng/mL-20ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.1 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on FOXA2 antibody-FOXA2 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect FOXA2 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
FOXA2 is essential for the development of endoderm-derived organs such as the liver, pancreas, and lungs, and participates in multiple metabolic processes, including glucose and fat metabolism. Abnormalities in its activity may lead to impaired lipolysis and insulin resistance, thereby contributing to the onset and progression of obesity.
Synonyms:
Forkhead box protein A2; FOX-A2; HNF3B; TCF3B; Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3, beta; Transcription factor 3B
Applications:
Human hepatocyte nuclear factor 3-beta (FOXA2) ELISA kit is used to quantify FOXA2 in undiluted original human serum, and plasma, and tissue homogenates samples of human, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including metabolism, signal transduction, obesity, and others.
