Description:
Bovine glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2) ELISA kit (0.156-10 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of GLP-2 in bovine samples with a range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of up to 0.05 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
This kit employs a double-sandwich ELISA technique. The microplate is pre-coated with a bovine GLP-2 monoclonal antibody. Samples and a biotin-labeled polyclonal detection antibody are added to the wells and subsequently washed with PBS or TBS. Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are then added. Following a thorough wash, TMB substrate is introduced; the HRP-catalyzed reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow upon the addition of acid. The color intensity is positively correlated with the concentration of GLP-2 in the samples.
