Description: AdipoUpX™ Human NTRK2 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the efficient and stable overexpression of the human NTRK2 (TrkB) gene. This receptor is the primary mediator for BDNF signaling in the hypothalamus; its stable expression is essential for studying neuronal survival and satiety signaling. The viral system offers high flexibility for customization of functional markers. Comprehensive quality control is performed on all products to ensure both product safety and the consistency of experimental data.
