Description: AdipoUpX™ Human STAT1 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a powerful gene delivery tool designed for the long-lasting overexpression of the human STAT1 gene. It is a central mediator of interferon signaling and has been linked to pro-inflammatory states in obese adipose tissue. Due to its stable integration into dividing host cell genomes, this MMLV particle facilitates the rapid validation of cytokine-induced metabolic changes. Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity.
