Description: AdipoUpX™ Human MC5R MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer, ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human MC5R gene. This melanocortin receptor is involved in exocrine function and has roles in regulating thermogenesis and lipid metabolism. The MMLV vector stably integrates into the genome of host cells, making it a reliable asset for establishing permanent cell lines for GPCR signaling studies.
