Description: AdipoUpX™ Human FOXO1 MSCV Particle (Overexpression) enables stable overexpression of the human FOXO1 gene, a transcription factor regulating gluconeogenesis, insulin sensitivity, and adipocyte metabolism. FOXO1 plays a central role in obesity-associated metabolic signaling pathways. The MSCV system supports long-term gene expression in stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and other mammalian cell lines. Product quality is ensured through validated titer analysis and sterility and mycoplasma testing.
